Support is an important part of any service these days. Thankfully I haven't had much need for it with webhostingpad but for a recent problem that I had the response was speedy. When I wasn't clear about their explanation of how to fix the problem they were very patient at explaining it.

I have hosted a few websites on WebHostingPad since the summer of 2017, so 7 years. For a low cost of somewhere around $2 to $4/mo you get fully professional hosting only rivaled by much more expensive companies. In fact, you can host unlimited websites, you get a free domain, free SSL, and other benefits for the same low cost. The quality is very high, as the sites always run smoothly and are also easy to manage from the feature-rich control panel, and FTP access. But what I think is most important if you aren't super tech-savvy yourself and highly proficient at web hosting, is just how great the support team is. You'd think for this low price support is non-existent but you'd be surprised how easily you can submit a support ticket and get almost instant resolution of your issues, which in my experience were due to me not keeping things updated. For example, last summer, in July 2023, the sites stopped working right because my PHP version was obsolete and they instantly fixed it for me, I had to do nothing. Just recently the sites stopped working because a plugin in WordPress became problematic, broken by a recent automatic update, and the support person instantly fixed it for me and the sites are working fine again. I'm thrilled at how I didn't have to spend time and effort trying to figure out what the problem is myself. In conclusion I highly recommend WebHostingPad for providing top-notch web hosting with quick and very excellent support for the lowest cost around!

Webhosting pad is just OK. Every time I have to contact support I get canned answers telling me what I have done wrong, which I might add I didn't do wrong. Then after many back and forth on the subject they finally figure out what is wrong on their end. I'm having the exact same issue right now trying to get the email server to work with OUTLOOK. The settings they tell you to use do work. As usual they want to say I'm not using the correct password. Which I am, so here I go yet again with the back and forth. Think about the few bucks you save vs. support.
