I had an excellent experience with Mike! I needed a new key for my car, and they delivered fast, professional, and friendly service. They were able to make a high-quality replacement key on the spot, and the price was very reasonable compared to the dealership. The technician was knowledgeable and made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend them for any locksmith needs!

Had them come out to a property that was burglarized. They replaced a lock and were onsite for less than an hour and then tried to charge $950. The tech initially would not send a written quote. We immediately notified the tech to have a manager/owner contact us. I was then contacted where the manager/owner seemed to condone this scam service at which point we told them to remove the lock and we would not be working with them. When we arrived to secure the site the tech had changed our lockbox code and completely destroyed the door. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We will be making a better business complaint as well. Customers should be very cautious with this unprofessional company.

Update - The business dispute that this review is not for their company is false. This job is in Orange Park Florida and it was absolutely this business. We have it fully documented and are considering legal action due to the willful malice of this company and the damage they caused. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Completely Unprofessional.

Mike was amazing he worked extremely hard to solve my ignition problem and achieved a solution for my car and I. He was truly a life saver and I’d happily recommend him if you need a great servicer! My family and I were recently on vacation from NC staying at the Disney Resorts when we discovered the our car battery had died. Mike, our technician was very prompt and communicated with me each step of the way. Mike arrived within an hour of me calling the company to request the service. Mike got use jumped off and we were good to go. Later the next evening I was going to load up the car since we were leaving the following morning and discovered that it was dead again. I was able to text Mike directly from our communications the previous day to ask if he could meet me the following morning to jump the car off just before we left. Mike responded quickly that he’d be there and again was a man of his word. I definitely recommend using this company should you need a locksmith in the Orlando area.

We couldn't figure out why the car started saying that the key fob was not detected. Mo came out where we were stranded and ran a diagnosis and was very patient trying to also figure out the issue. He was able to program an emergency key for us so at least we could get the car home and figure out the problem. I'll definitely be calling and using him again. It was great customer service and I think pretty online as far as the cost.

Very professional, prompt, and personable. The person who answers the phone is an actual locksmith, not a call center. Got into our newer Range Rover with ease and the price to get into the car was very fair. My husband is in the car business, so it takes a LOT for a vendor to impress him, but this one did.
