Update: All Issues Resolved...they are sincere after all.......?

Agreed I'm experiencing something really bad right now at this dealership.....was told one thing ...I go to pick up car ..it's all different...now...wanting full price before agreed price. Saying I don't have insurance on my car when I clearly do. (they don't research they just want ?)..I'll keep you guys updated on what happens next

Talked me into a car I didn't want said all these things would be fixed and now tell's me the guy who sold me the car was on drugs and he can't honor anything he said he would fix. And I tried for weeks to pay my car off and it was games. He would not answer the phone and then had nerve to tell me they are gonna take my car if I don't make a payment. Now I am sitting in the lot doors are locked and no one will answer. I drove a hour to get here. Spoke on the phone with him he said 30 min for lunch now I sitting with no type of answer. Worst place ever. Avoid coming here. All cars are junk.

Since Erik (supposed district manager ) doesn't exist !!

SAMMIE , YOU must read this !! bc I will be sending channel 9 news investigators out there next week if I dont hear back !!

I just realized that u will continue to say I owe you more , or make up fees in an effort to make things impossible in regards to the ownership of the vehicle.

Also the cash app timestamp is proof I made a $500 payment to you just 7 weeks ago and it is illegal to repo when u just took money from me Nov 1st , hasen't even been 90 days!

Also , my old neighbor filed a police report with the tag of the toothless man you sent to their house to demand the car as proof you tried to illegally repo it. The sheriffs office was notified!

The owner of the pawn shop next door to you, who owns your property has stated that you are nothing but trouble.

The cops getting called to their property during your 8 year lease is causing them concern , and if the news crew shows up it could be a violation of the legalities outlined in your 8yr lease agreement.

The owners of the space are unhappy that angry ppl show up consistently to the property bc of the way you conduct business !

They are willing to cooperate bc they are tired of this! They also added that you hate women.

The dmv has a record of numerous issues as well.

I just want the title!! bc I have paid you over $2000, while I haven't been working & I can't keep wasting more money on made up fees.

The attorney that David the (mediator) called today has stated that you have over 11 lawsuits pending with the states attorneys office and encouraged him to contact the BBB to file another .

I just want my title !! Ive paid more than the 1800 we agreed on , & if you try to manipulate these figures the attorney will know bc my witness was recording. If no title by 1/25 I'm calling channel 9 news investigators next week to meet with the district manager Erik you made up on google ( he better exsist) bc channel 9 will film and ask to see him ! This is fraud !! I need my title by next week as requested !!

Typical used auto salesmen/ conmen. The black puerto rican will lie straight to your face with no qualms and make promises never intending to be kept. Get anything promised in writing before giving up money. Then the Arab Pakistani muslim owner will charge you a document fee saying its a state fee even as the black rican will tell you no dealer costs or fees. This is a sneaked in dealer fee and not a state fees. Even though these little low life crooks will rip you off you might still end up with a half way decent car that might run for a while. During the sit down with the muslim owner they have a third person call in saying they are willing to pay full asking price for your car hoping to get you to pay full price. Lol

My friend and I went to buy a car from this dealership and we came out of there with a car that's very reliable. We've been commuting back and forth from work with this car for over a year now and it still runs the same way we bought it. Honestly, with 1 auto trader you get what you pay for.

Bad cars shows pictures with out the steering wheel so you dont see the airbag is blown out front tire was so bald could not drive the car.
