What a great shop. Was looking for a front disc brake conversion kit for my 65 comet. I was in the area so I decided just to stop by. I was pleasantly surprised they have a full showroom and the person at the desk was more than willing to help me with everything I wanted to know. He answered all the questions I had and got me set up with the right parts and the right quality for definitely the right price. Don't hesitate if you're looking for anything give these guys a call, they are legit.

If you're looking for high performance by people that know how to do it right then you don't have to look any further. POL has the right parts in the right people to get the job done right the first time. The showroom is actually pretty awesome and the list of parts that they carry is right on point. Definitely an A+ for these wonderful people.

Would not recommend this company do not waste your time or money with them. You order something from them as simple as front and suspension parts. They cannot respond and let you know when it’s gonna arrive then it takes them forever to get it to you. nothing but delays from their shipping carrier And will not respond to any emails.

Should have read the reviews first. Long list of problems.

- Ordered a disk brake conversion plus some other parts. Website said nothing about anything being out of stock (common problem with other customers) but they gladly took my money anyway.

- Took a while to ship my order which isn’t a huge deal, got the shipping notification and then was informed AFTER the fact that part of my order was out of stock. When a package showed up, it contained less than half of my parts.

- Contacted customer service. After multiple attempts on my side to get in touch, they appeared to be interested in helping and got the rest of my order shipped. Or so I thought.

- Got another package with ALMOST all of my parts but the brake conversion was missing necessary components. I emailed back with pictures right away and still have not heard anything back. Been about 2 months.

- Filed a dispute with my credit card company as I figured this would get someone’s attention and I have a useless kit on my hands that I paid +$1k for. Of course I’m liable for the cost after review and still don’t have my parts or any communication from the company. Had to order from Speedway - fortunately got the correct parts from them in a couple of days, no hassle. Ridiculous to have to order parts from someone else to complete a kit I already paid for, but here we are. Can’t even sell what I have left from these guys and there’s no way I’m paying a restocking fee.

Awful company. Time to get out of the parts business. Take your pick from Summit (actually knows what they’re doing, great customer service), JEGS, Speedway… literally anyone else. Do not buy from these people.

Spent $1700 on lowering kit for my 55 and some other parts. Website said nothing about anything being out of stock. I still haven't received all of my order with no ETA for the remaining parts. The delay has cost me my shop time and money. If you can't get the parts at least refund the parts I haven't received so I can go somewhere else. Maybe this is just a fluke and service fell through the cracks but this is the last time I order from POL.

I have gotten most of my parts from here since I like to support local shops but Since I cannot review an item and you guys don't give an option too on your website I will leave a review here. I bought the power steering conversion for my 1961 Chevy and I have got to say with not just this part but for all parts you guys need to be up to date with all your instructions you put in your boxes.sometimes there's some missing or nothing at all or just doesn't tell you what some parts are for..I have to go out of my way and find instructions from other part sellers or call you guys it's annoying.but also the power steering conversion bracket and instructions didn't not work out with my frame had to customize my own holes and make it work. Besides that good quality parts but instructions are horrible thinking I might end up buying elsewhere if this keeps happening.

Having an incredibly frustrating customer service experience with Performance Online. Was told my order would be shipped out, now told it’s on delay. Was told I couldn’t speak to a manager because they are in meetings all day and don’t speak to customers. Was told that changing my order would delay my order further. To be clear, Performance Online is ordering a fuel injection kit from Holley. This kit has a back ordered 5 inch screen. As the entity responsible for ordering this, I asked Performance Online to contact Holley to change the order to a 3 inch screen which is currently in stock and ready to ship. I was told by the POL customer service team that this can’t be done.

Incredibly frustrating to have this happen on the tail end of a project and have a customer service team holding up the entire process.

My father in law ordered parts from this company and because of the natural disaster that happened in WNC they weren’t able to receive packages, the company had to cancel the order and is making him pay a restock fee. Very poor service and is quite upsetting after everything that had happened in WNC. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
