Imperium Designs has been incredible to work with! I recently started a business in Forge/Metal work and was quickly getting to the point where a website would be necessary and they helped be build an AMAZING website! These guys are awesome! Right when I was researching a good company to hand my site over to, the Imperium team contacted me at the perfect time. They are genuine guys and really put time and effort into the style of your site. They are all so kind and easy to work with, not to mention quick and responsive to emails. Alex listened to my concept, created a design and produced the website. As additions and deletions became necessary, he has been there to assist. Shame on you Imperium! Shame on you Justin! I paid in full $4300 for a list of services promised in 4-6 weeks and after 6 months had nothing completed. The owner Justin sent me messages and emails that he sent a refund check but it's all lies! I never got a refund and had to start all over. Watch out for this team, they talk real sweet and nice over the phone. Karma will get ya either way!!! Stay classy Imperium!

I hired this firm to build my website. The web site turned out great. I was miss lead by my designer and told several different things that were never followed through with. Then my designer proceeded to tell me that SEO wasn't that big of a part of there business. When it is actually most of there business. I asked to speak with the owner and it took over a month for him to call me. When he finally did call he said he was sorry and stated that he would assign my business to someone else and that person would call me that day or the next morning. It has been 3 days and nothing. Not a call or an email I am very upset I have been lied to on multiple occasions told one thing and then another. This has been a massive headache and I am disgusted. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. They promise the moon and don't deliver on anything. Be careful using this company.

I am very impressed with Alex and his work he even answered my call after he quite working for them. Sent me Justin’s phone # and told me to let him know if there’s anything else I needed. My web site expired in May so I called Justin asked him what was going on he said he would look in to it and call me back few weeks later still web site down called him again said he would look in to it some more final no call but my web site was up in September I called him again he said he wouldn’t CHARGE my card for 3 months WTFE still charging my card every month so I called him and asked him about it he totally denied he said that told me he’ll have to go through and listen to his conversations to see but he won’t take any of my calls I called the # on the credit card statement and the guy told me to cancel I have to talk to Justin still no call from him. How professional are they if they don’t even know my web site is down and I have to call them
