I couldn't say anything negative about Hosting Marketers if I wanted to. No cons here, just pros, so here's my experience.
Tech support is second to none. Seriously, they respond in a heartbeat. The pricing is hard to beat. I've done the research and frankly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm definitely not tech savvy so when I have a question or request they are always willing to accommodate (within reason of course.)
So, yeah, this is my honest, unfiltered review of this Hosting company. They're awesome!

I contacted Hosting Marketers about the difficulties I was having deploying a Python Dash app on cPanel. We are 24 hours into troubleshooting the errors and Chris Black and Andrew Gallop are hanging in there to correct the deployment errors of my app. Chris Black and Andrew Black have been absolutely fantastic and I have every reason to believe that because of their efforts I may actually get these demos off my desktop and onto the web.

Chris Black and Andrew Gallop have been chasing after this technical issue for the better part of 36 hours. The people at Hosting Marketers are hanging in there to get the job done! Hosting these Python apps is evidently no trivial matter, but I am glad that they reached out to me to help me see this thing through!!

Update: It has been two days now and the verdict is grim. Evidently my Python application--or perhaps Dash apps in general--are incompatible with cPanel infrastructure. Of course, hosting these interactive apps is not a trivial matter. However, that disappointment absolutely pales in comparison to the how impressed and appreciative I am for the diligence, professional courtesy, and customer service I experienced with Hosting Marketers' Chris Black and Andrew Gallop. These professionals deserve recognition for their persistence in customer service. They truly did go above and beyond. It's just a rare experience compared to the general indifference of most marketing professionals.
