If you like gambling with your online security, Energized will certainly give you the adrenaline rush you crave.

This company of one person lacks all awareness of basic Windows, networking, firewall, and cybersecurity concepts.

It's utterly astounding to see in 2024.

The one employee did not respond after his network was breached and I sent him copious documentation of malicious use on the computers/network hosted there.

A response time of several weeks after a cyberattack is fantastically unacceptable. That would be like trying to put out a forest fire six months later using a toy water pistol.

If you have anything of any importance in your life, I beg you to host it elsewhere, and certainly not at Energized Web Hosting.

I am begging you and I cannot emphasize this more.

I really write this post with reluctance, but I have an obligation to protect the public when it comes to potential cybersecurity concerns.

Regardless whether this is a managed or unmanaged service, one should not work in the technology field if one has no technology knowhow (computers, operating systems, networking).

Also, if you are incapable of remedying a cybersecurity breach within your network, the lowest possible tier of service you could have provided would have been to reprovision the Windows OS from scratch. Something I requested a dozen times when you failed to remediate your own security breach, Mark.

So whatever service you provided, Mark, was beneath the lowest possible tier of service any person or company could ever provide.

How much lower can your service level go?

If that's not in scope, Mark, why don't you list the tasks you actually do think you can handle?

Hosting companies still do know how to install Windows, right? Right? Right? Anyone?

By the way, I am a legitimate person who works in the technology field, yet Google continues to censor my reviews based on single complaints from crybaby businesses who didn't deliver services as advertised.

Google minions: I'm going to keep posting my reviews continuously and across every platform until they are visible. Any and every site that accepts reviews will be receiving the same reviews from me until Google Maps becomes entirely irrelevant.

You can't censor reviews arbitrarily or based on terms that aren't transparent to all - when will you learn?

I'm not looking for any reimbursement or remuneration to take down my negative review. I work in the technology field and my obligation is simply to inform the public.

This review will stand as-is.

Each time it's reported or taken down, its presence online will increase fivefold.

I'm sure even the petty Google minions who take down reviews can figure out that means that every time you take down or censor this review, it's going to be reposted at an exponentially increasing rate.
